Concurrent Enrollment Instructions

STEP 1:  Complete the Concurrent Enrollment Contract (click here)

STEP 2:    You must fill out the application for the college or university where you wish to take concurrent courses.

STEP 3:  Fill out the Concurrent Enrollment Approval Form for the college or university you have selected. (Links to approval forms are located below).

STEP 4:  Scan and email the Concurrent Enrollment Approval form along with Concurrent Contract to your counselor for verification to:

STEP 5:  Your counselor will sign and verify the forms, then return it to you so you can submit it to the college or university of your choice or your counselor will submit the forms to the college.

STEP 6:  Enroll in your college courses by following the procedures of the college or university.

STEP 7:  When enrollment is complete, you MUST send a copy of your college schedule (showing all courses in which you are enrolled) to your counselor.
